Dowry murder case against six including husband, mother-in-law
Sankalp Savera, Jaunpur. In the case of suicide by hanging by a woman in Rudhauli village of Khetasarai area, the parents have alleged dowry death. On the complaint of the brother of the deceased, the police on Monday night registered a case of dowry murder against six people including husband, mother-in-law, father-in-law.
Amit Yadav, resident of Lohta of Saraikhwaja police station, says that two years ago his father Harinath Yadav had married sister Reema Yadav with Shriram Yadav, son of Abhayraj Yadav, resident of Rudhauli village. It is alleged that the sister-in-law’s in-laws were demanding Apache at the wedding. The girl’s father was not able to give the bike. The in-laws used to harass the sister for not giving the bike.
Sister Reema was hanged to death by her in-laws on Monday evening. Police is probing the matter. All the accused are absconding from the house
