Sankalp Savera, Jaunpur. City police station Kotwali has registered a case of robbery against former MLA Nadeem Javed and his associates on the orders of the Superintendent of Police. This FIR has been lodged by years old associate of Nadeem Javed, Khurshid Anwar, son of Fayyaz Ahmed, resident of Para Kamal police station Khetasarai. Khurshid has alleged that at around 8 pm on September 12, he along with his friend Mukesh Pandey had gone to meet Deepak Jaiswal near Mohalla Shakar Mandi.
I had just moved ahead on my scooter to go back home when five people on two motorcycles surrounded me and started beating me while abusing my mother and sister. Khurshid saw that Deepak Jaiswal was also among those who beat him. All the attackers snatched Khurshid’s mobile saying that if he speaks against Nadeem Javed, he will be shot. The attackers also said that the former MLA has sent him to kill you. If you take any legal action then next time the MLA will get you killed. The police have registered a case against four unknown persons including former MLA Nadeem Javed, Deepak Jaiswal under relevant sections including robbery and handed over the investigation to Crime Inspector Mahmood Ansari.
On the other hand, the discussion is hot that what happened between Khurshid Anwar, who was very close to Nadeem Javed, that the matter has reached this extent. At present the police is busy finding out the truth of the matter. Now only time will tell what comes to light in the investigation
